Welcome to the new incarnation of the Video Griot website. I decided that I own this domain and I should use it more. I have been wanting a place to share more of my research ideas and thoughts I want to map out more clearly. I thought that this might be a good place to do that. For that purpose, I have divided the Video Griot page into two sections. The first section is the Video Griot Section. This is where the ongoing project will live and where people will be able to get more information about the project. The second section is about educational research. This section will house my research about Video Griot and other subjects as I move forward professionally.

This is Hannah Grossman. I am back from The Gambia and continuing work on the Video Griot Project. The blogging along the way didn’t work out as I had intended. The internet access was limited and posts were simply not made. The website has been updated to include more information about the filming trip. More will be posted as I continue to work on the project.

Team Meeting Today
We had a meeting today. Bah2, Fatou, Masanneh, and I. We talked about the videos that we are thinking of making and reconfirmed the viability of each option as a group. The start of this phase of the project is an exciting time. Make sure you visit and Like our Facebook page as well. -Hannah

I just wanted to let everyone know that my travel was safe and I am with the people I know and love so much here in Gambia.
